Richard ParryRichard lives in Shenfield and inherited a passion for Real Estate from an early age. His parents bought and sold property throughout his childhood and while at school he participated in a work experience scheme at a local firm of Estate Agents. After 30 years working as an Estate Agent, he is even more passionate about the industry. He has held senior positions at the most respected and largest property specialists and banks in the UK, specialising in client care, development identification and sale; and high net worth brokering. Richard obtained an international Degree in Real Estate in Sydney, achieving a distinction grade; and also has a BTec diploma in business studies.
Jill SpicerJill has lived in Shenfield for 17 years where she has raised her family whilst running her own online retail business. She has a good knowledge of the local area which, coupled with her fascination and love for property, brought her to fulfil her ambitions to work in this field. Jill worked for over 20 years as an IT and Practice Management Consultant to a number of major international law firms both in London and around the UK. She also specialised in project managing office moves and relocations including sourcing appropriate space. Jill enjoys helping to match people with their ideal property and using her organisational and project management skills to assist in achieving a happy outcome for all concerned.
Tina has lived in Brentwood for over 20 years. She has had a keen interest in property and interiors from a young age largely due to her father owning a family run building business specialising in renovations and extensions. Tina had a career spanning some 20 years in International and Private Banking in the City and worked for a number of the best known and well respected corporate banks in the industry. She specialised in client service and relationship management so understands the importance of providing outstanding customer service. More recently, she has run a successful childcare business and works part time for the NHS.
Gemma's passion for property began 7 years ago when she first became a landlord. Since then she has grown her portfolio which has also grown her interest for property leading her to study for her Propertymark level 3 Lettings and Management qualification.
