When we found the property we wanted, one call to Parry-Cohen and our home was listed on rightmove with 10 minutes. Richard organised 9 non dependent buyers for an open house day 2 days later and was extremely professional in showing people around the house. The house was sold that very evening allowing us to put in an offer on the property we wanted. Richard advised on the best buyer and worked closely with the vendors agent to secure a deal for us, having already sold our 5 time over for significantly over the asking price!
Following an agreed sale it was Mr Cohen's turn to take up the baton. Ricky advised on the best local solicitor, Anne Ellis of Wortley Byers. He was in constant contact with our solicitor, our buyers solicitor and our vendors solicitor. He chased mortgage companies and brokers and was professional and confident dealing with other parties.
